The former Victoria Brewery site has been reinvigorated without losing its historic charm, becoming an urban village as vibrant as the New York City neighbourhood after which it was named. The development comprises 428 apartments and 2,500 square metres of retail space, including a supermarket. Tribeca won the 2006 Property Council Rider Hunt Award for High Rise Residential Buildings, as well as a Special Commendation Award at the API Excellence in Property Awards.
