Stonington is a quartet of exclusive housing precincts located in the beautifully landscaped grounds of the gracious, historic Stonington Mansion, which was once the state governor’s residence. The Stonington mansion was sold to Mr. Rod Menzies and the remaining development site was sold to Sydney based developer Ashington in 2008.
