The existing office buildings on site have been completely demolished and LU Simon has commenced preparations to install Eden’s basement retention system, which will be immediately followed by excavation and earthworks. Completion of Eden is expected in late 2013.
Construction of Haven is due to commence in the 2nd half of this year and completion is expected in mid 2014.
