Since our last edition of ‘In The Loop’, we have welcomed six new members to the Hamton team.
Gabby O’Reilly – Executive Assistant
Gabby is Executive Assistant to Steve Buxton as well as providing the friendly greeting you receive at reception. Gabby is the general point of contact for all enquiries, and has 3 years experience in office management and customer service roles. Gabby is currently studying a Bachelor of Applied Science (Valuation) at RMIT University.
Ray Forde – Director Project Delivery
Ray has 40 years experience that ranges from site supervisory roles in construction to management roles with property developers like Australand, Golf Australia Holdings (Moonah Links) and Catylis in completing the new Australian headquarters for Holden. Ray will assist the divisional Development Managers with project documentation and management of the construction or delivery phase of the project, facilitating timely and quality controlled completion.
Scott Ginnivan – Assistant Development Manager
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing (RMIT) and is currently studying a Master of Property & Construction (Melbourne University). Scott joins Hamton as an Assistant Development Manager with 3 years Sales & Marketing experience and brings development experience from a leading Melbourne developer. Scott assists the Director of the Townhouse Division with regard to development management and site acquisition.
Nicole Wiseman – Real Estate Services Manager
Nicole has over 10 years experience in the Melbourne real estate industry, having helped investors to maximize the performance of their investments in a variety of property markets. As a fully licensed real estate agent with an expert knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and the recently implemented Owners Corporation, Nicole is ideally placed to provide experienced advice to the clients of Hamton Real Estate Services.
Gordon Wearing-Smith – Marketing Director
Gordon brings over 20 years of award winning marketing experience to his role at Hamton. Gordon holds a Diploma of Business (RMIT), is a Certified Practicing Marketer and a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute. Previously, he has held roles as Marketing Manager with two of Victoria's most respected residential real estate networks, and ran an independent Marketing Consultancy and Advertising Agency with a number of high profile clients in the property, financial services and retail fields.
Pam Testa - Project Sales Manager, Mandalay
Pam is responsible for the sales of Hamton's retirement division 'Mandalay'. Pam holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, a degree in Marketing and Professional Selling Skills, a Diploma in Interior & Architectural Design, and a Real Estate Sub License. In 1992 she was awarded the Victorian Business Woman of the Year. Pam joins the team with a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate especially in the retirement industry.
