Last chance to secure a piece of Malverngrove

Last chance buyers are snapping up opportunities to purchase at Hamton Property Group’s ‘Malverngrove’ (mgv) development, with only a handful of the boutique Malvern apartments remaining.
The $30million development, located off Malvern Road (on the former MECWA site in Elizabeth Street), has received strong interest since commencing sales last year, with Hamton reporting only seven apartments now remain.
Comprising 67 stylish apartments across four separate low-rise buildings, mgv, according to a Charter Keck Cramer (CKC) report, met a 15 year undersupply of apartment stock within the highly desirable Malvern area.
Receiving strong sales enquiry from the commencement of the project’s marketing, mgv’s remaining apartments range from $471,000 to $515,000, with one bedroom and one bedroom plus study and two bedroom apartment options available.
All apartments have been stylishly designed by award winning architects, SJB and offer state-of-the-art appliances, ample storage space and are set within landscaped grounds, offering complete privacy.
Designed to compliment Malvern’s ‘leafy green’ reputation, each of the building names have been attributed to the trees planted on site, Whitecedar (10 apartments), Magnolia (20 apartments), Maple (16 apartments) and Elm (21 apartments).
Hamton Property Group, Joint Managing Director, Steve Buxton said that the project had been well received by buyers looking for an opportunity to purchase a smaller dwelling in one of Melbourne’s most affluent suburbs.
“ From the outset we knew that the apartments at mgv would prove a popular choice with buyers. Malvern is a first-class suburb, it offers residents close access to the city, boutique shops and cafes, and is surrounded by beautifully established parks and gardens – it really is a rare combination.
“ Research performed early on, found that the Malvern area was severely undersupplied with apartment stock, mgv was therefore the ideal solution.
“ Sales are expected to remain steady and with only seven left, we urge anyone interested in securing their own slice of mgv to visit the showroom,” Mr Buxton said.
He said that with extensive landscaped gardens, large private courtyards and interlinking walkways, mgv was a sophisticated purchase decision, which had been popular with both young professionals and empty nesters requiring less space.
The project was the second large scale residential project to be released under the Hamton banner which is jointly directed by well known Victorian property specialists Steve Buxton and Paul Hameister. Since then Hamton has gone on to produce a range of quality, award winning projects, earning its reputation for quality and innovation.
