Steve Buxton |
Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Monash) and a Post Grad Degree in Property (RMIT) and has been involved in the property development industry for around 20 years across all sectors. Steve's family have been involved in property development and real estate in Melbourne since 1861. Steve is currently a member of the Lighthouse foundation fundraising committee. |

Paul Hameister |
Paul is an ex-lawyer (Freehills) and ex-investment banker (Macquarie Bank), who has spent the last 13 years working in the property development industry. Paul is currently Co-Chairman of the National Board of the Financial Management Association of Australia (FMAA), the largest university Commerce student association in Australia. |

Chris Szworak |
Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Monash) and has over 16 years of experience in construction, project delivery and development management both in Australia and overseas. He is currently a development director at Hamton and oversees projects such as 50 Albert Rd. Previous projects include Society South Yarra, mgv and The Rathdowne. |

Matt Malseed |
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Business. He has been with Hamton since October 2004 and has been responsible for successful development management and project management of the Abito and Alexandra Headland projects. He has also been the responsible Development Director overseeing development management of completed projects' Rize3121 in Richmond and Baymarque in Brighton in addition to development management of Stonington in Malvern. Matt has also led Hamton's most recent site acquisitions at Abbotsford and South Melbourne. As of early 2010, Matt has moved across to head up the Sales and Marketing department, and is responsible for coordinating these aspects of all Hamton projects. |

Alistair Birch |
Alistair holds a Diploma of Building at RMIT, graduating top of his class. He brings 5 years property experience to Hamton, which includes time spent with one of Melbourne's largest residential builders. He also has experience in residential sales and management, working with two high profile eastern suburb estate agencies. Alistair has successfully overseen the Development and Project Management of Hamton's two townhouse projects. Rize3121 in Richmond comprising 72 townhouses and Baymarque Brighton, 46 contemporary townhouses which took out the 2009 Victorian UDIA Excellence Award for Medium Density Development. Alistair is now working on the Circa apartment development in Coburg. |

George Opoczynski |
George has a degree in Economics (ANU) and Building and Construction Management (Melb Uni). Prior to Hamton, he spent over 20 years working as both a Domestic and Commercial Builder and was heavily involved in representing the construction industry as a past Director of the Master Builders Association (ACT) as well as Council representative for the HIA (ACT). George was also in an advisory capacity on the formation of the Building Code of Australia and Government committees on Housing strategy for the future. George is responsible for supervising the construction of Society South Yarra and assisting with Coburg. |

Scott Ginnivan |
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing (RMIT) and a Master of Property & Construction (University of Melbourne). Scott has Sales & Marketing and Development experience from several leading Melbourne developers and is currently working on projects with a gross realisation of over $500m. Scott also has a strong background in site acquisition. |

Cameron Yates |
Cam is responsible for co-ordinating Hamton's product sales campaigns. Prior to joining Hamton, Cam spent 7 years running commercial office sales for Asian Pacific Building Corporation (including Kew Junction Tower, The Jewel, Toorak Corporate, Exchange Tower and St Kilda Rd Towers - total of around $300m in sales) and has an exceptional network of investors. His 26 years in the property industry include periods in both residential and commercial sales roles, including founding director/ officer in effective control of both Wilson Pride (Brighton) Pty Ltd and Melbourne Commercial Office Sales and Leasing Pty Ltd. Cam has successfully sold out Abito, JBC, MGV, Baymarque, Rathdowne, Rize and Society for Hamton. |

Bryan Ng Project Sales Manager |
Bryan has been in the Real Estate industry since 1996 and has worked for several leading companies in Melbourne in the Project Marketing division. Prior to joining Hamton he spent more than 6 years working for the Mirvac Group & was involved in marketing several projects locally and to overseas clients. |

Sarah Halkyard |
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) (RMIT) and is currently studying a Master of Commerce (Marketing Major) (RMIT). Prior to Hamton she was an Assistant Development Manager at MAB Corporation. Sarah joined Hamton in May 2006 and is responsible for managing the Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Events and Advertising for all Hamton projects. |

Alice Minogue Public Relations and Marketing Co-ordinator |
Alice is currently studying Psychology & Management/ Marketing at Monash University. Alice has been working at Hamton casually since 2008, and joined Hamton in a full time role in 2010 to assist with the Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Events and Advertising for all Hamton projects. |

Nicole heads up the Hamton Real Estate Services team. With over 10 years of specialist experience in the industry, Nicole is able to achieve outstanding results for her clients in both strong and difficult markets in a number of different areas of Melbourne. Nicole is a member of the REIV and is currently completing her Full Real Estate License. |

Mathew Siketa Owners Corporation Manager |
Mathew joins the Hamton team with over 7 years of Real Estate/Owners Corporation experience and heads the Owners Corporation Management arm of Hamton Real Estate Services. Mathews Owners Corporation knowledge stems from management of property portfolio's that include various mixed use buildings (Commercial & Residential use) and Serviced Apartments (Quest Serviced Apartments & Punt Hill) around Melbourne, Geelong and interstate. |

Mischa Leonard Chief Operating Officer |
Mischa joined Hamton in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer after a 2 year overseas appointment. He was previously Chief Financial Officer for Industry Superannuation Property Trust (ISPT Pty Ltd) and Folkestone Limited, an ASX listed developer. Mischa brings to Hamton over 18 years of property experience including development in the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors as well as funds management and public private partnerships (PPP's) in and around Melbourne. He has specialised in sourcing project financing solutions and joint ventures negotiations. |

Steve is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Post Grad Degree in Property (RMIT). He has over 11 years experience in the property industry with over 6 years at Stockland as Finance Manager Victoria. Steve is responsible for Hamton's finance function including group, project and JV reporting, compliance and debt & equity funding. |

Nicole Hughes |
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Swinburne), majoring in International Business and Management. Nicole joined Hamton in July 2008 and uses 5 years of finance administration experience to assist the Chief Financial Officer with regard to Project and Director Finances. |

Athanasia Corso Finance Manager to CFO |
Athanasia has 8 years experience in bookkeeping including running her own bookkeeping business managing accounts for small business owners. Athanasia is currently studying towards an Accounting Degree and assists the Finance Manager in looking after the company finances at Hamton. |

Mira Sivakov Receptionist/Executive Assistant |
Mira has been working in Administration for over 7 years. She has completed all certificates in Office Administration and is currently undertaking her Diploma in Business Administration at NMIT. She is Executive Assistant to Matthew Malseed and Cameron Yates and attends reception. |

Sally Irons |
Sally is Executive Assistant to Paul Hameister and Steve Buxton. She also assists the Chief Operating Officer with Human Resources and IT, as well as taking care of all facets of office management. Her background prior to Hamton includes over 10 years in office administration, with a strong emphasis on accounting and customer service. Sally is currently studying HR at Swinburne. |
