Paul is an ex-lawyer (Freehills) and ex-investment banker (Macquarie Bank), who has spent the last 11 years working in the property development industry, including several years as General Manager of Capital & Acquisitions at MAB Corporation, a private property developer with annual sales of around $200mpa. In his role with MAB, Paul was responsible for:

Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) (Monash) and has over 15 years of experience in construction, project delivery and development management both in Australia and overseas. He is currently responsible for Hamton's apartment division and oversees developments including Society South Yarra, mgv, The Rathdowne and 410 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. |

Matt Malseed |
Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and a Bachelor of Business. Prior to joining Hamton in October 2004, he spent time with an engineering and surveying consultancy (KBA Engineers), and had considerable project management experience at CMR Consultants notably working on the $150m Knox City Shopping Centre redevelopment. |

Gabby Fitzgerald |
Gabby has 14+ years experience in the property development industry across Australasia and the UK. From large scale residential developments to regeneration schemes, Gabby brings multiple skills to Hamton. Upon Gabby's return to Melbourne she moved into the retirement development industry working for Primelife. Gabby is responsible for all of Hamton's retirement projects and has a Graduate Diploma in Project Management. |

Jacqueline D'Apice |
Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) and has worked in the property industry in Australia and overseas. She has experience in commercial real estate, property fund management and property development including her role as development manager on one of Melbourne's largest masterplanned communities. Jacqueline is currently the Development Manager responsible for Society and 410 Elizabeth Street. |

Alistair Birch |
Alistair holds a Diploma of Building at RMIT, graduating top of his class. He brings 5 years property experience to Hamton, which includes time spent with one of Melbourne's largest residential builders, coordinating documentation delivery. He also has experience in residential sales and management, working with two high profile eastern suburbs agents. Alistair assists the Director of the Townhouses Division. |

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Marketing (RMIT) and is currently studying a Master of Property & Construction (University of Melbourne). Scott joins Hamton as an Assistant Development Manager with 3 years Sales & Marketing experience and brings development experience from a leading Melbourne developer. Scott assists the Director of the Townhouse Division with regard to development management and site acquisition. |

Cameron Yates |
Cam is responsible for co-ordinating Hamton's product sales campaigns. Prior to joining Hamton, Cam spent 7 years running commercial office sales for Asian Pacific Building Corporation (including Kew Junction Tower, The Jewel, Toorak Corporate, Exchange Tower and St Kilda Rd Towers - total of around $300m in sales) and has an exceptional network of investors. His 23 years in the property industry include periods in both residential and commercial sales roles, including founding director/ officer in effective control of both Wilson Pride (Brighton) Pty Ltd and Melbourne Commercial Office Sales and Leasing Pty Ltd. |

Sarah Halkyard |
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) degree and is currently studying a Master of Commerce focusing on Marketing related subjects at RMIT. Prior to Hamton she was an Assistant Development Manager at MAB Corporation. Sarah joined Hamton in May 2006 and is responsible for managing the Marketing, Public Relations, Communications and Advertising for all Hamton projects. |

Amanda Roper |
Amanda comes to Hamton from CB Richard Ellis with experience in the property development industry. She has filled a newly created position which sees her take care of all purchaser requirements, ensuring their purchasing experience with Hamton is a pleasant one. Amanda also coordinates the Hamton database and is responsible for company communications. |

Chris has over 30 years experience in real estate, including operating his own agency. He has successfully dealt with most forms of property including land, new and established homes and now project marketing. |

Pam Testa |
Pam is responsible for the sales of Hamton's retirement division 'Mandalay'. Pam holds a post graduate degree in business management, a degree in marketing and professional selling skills, a diploma in interior & architectural design, and a real estate sub license. In 1992 she was awarded the Victorian Business Woman of the Year. Pam joins the team with a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate especially in the retirement industry. |

Kerrie Harris-Spencer |
Kerrie has over 20 years financial administration experience across a broad range of industries. Kerrie is responsible for Hamtons management accounting, bookkeeping, HR and IT platform. In conjunction with Hamtons external accountants, Moore Stephens, Kerrie ensures all taxation obligations and related requirements are met. Kerrie currently manages the income and cost reports for Hamton projects. |

Faye assists the Finance Manager with company accounting. Prior to joining Hamton, Faye has worked in the finance area within the manufacturing and printing industries. |

Nicole Hughes |
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Swinburne), majoring in International Business and Management. Nicole uses 3 years of finance administration experience to assist the Finance Manager with regard to Project and Director Finances. |

Sally Irons |
Sally is Executive Assistant to Paul Hameister as well as administrative support to all staff. Her background prior to Hamton includes over 10 years with an office administration focus, with a strong emphasis on accounting and customer service. |
