Hamton team raises $4345 for Movember

Five of the Hamton boys (Scott, Cam, Chris, Matt and Al) formed a team for Movember this year. They all put down their razors for one month and grew moustaches to help raise awareness and funds for mens health, specifically prostate cancer and depression in men.
What many people do not appreciate is that close to 3,000 men die of prostate cancer each year in Australia and one in eight men will experience depression in their lifetime, many of whom don't seek help. Facts like this convinced the Hamton boys to form a team and get involved. Movember is not in its sixth year and, to date, has achieved some pretty amazing results by working alongside The Prostate Cancer Foundation and beyondblue: the national depression initiative.
The Hamton team raised a total of $4,345 for this great cause which is a fantastic result. Thank you to all the generous sponsors.
