Hamton is owned and operated by Steve Buxton and Paul Hameister and has around 25 professional, dedicated and passionate employees who oversee around $750m worth of current development projects.

Steve Buxton has been involved in the property development industry for around 18 years across all sectors. Steve's family has been involved in property development and real estate in Melbourne since 1861.

Paul Hameister is an ex-lawyer and ex-investment banker with eleven years experience in the property development industry. He is also currently Co-Chairman of the National Board of the FMAA.

Friends for over a decade, their Hamton partnership marries Steve's intuitive understanding of property fundamentals with Paul's deal making skills and strategic thinking.
