The Rathdowne named winner of the API's Excellence in Property Award!

Hamton is proud to announce that our recently complete project, The Rathdowne, has been honoured with an Excellence in Property Award from the Australian Property Institute (API). The Rathdowne was named winner of the Heritage Property Award sponsored by DEXUS Property Group. The award was made in recognition of outstanding treatment of heritage issues in the context of a development project.
The Awards Ceremony is recognised as one of the most notable in the Property Industry which attract a most impressive and influentual array of entrants. In hosting these awards the API continues to recognise innovation and outstanding achievement across the entire property industry.
Founded in 1926, the API has a proud history as Australia's premier property professional organisation. Today, the API represents some 7500 members nationally including certified practicing valuers, professional property advisers and consultants.
The API hosted the 2009 Excellence in Property Awards at one of Melbourne's most prestigious social venues 'The Spice Market' on the 3rd of September 2009.
