mgv comprises of 67 one & two bedroom apartments across four buildings - Whitecedar, Magnolia, Maple and Elm. We believe mgv fits very comfortably in with the grain of the existing housing fabric in Malvern and provides an outstanding model for development of low rise, low impact development in Melbourne’s middle ring suburbs. A strong emphasis on landscape (which will only be truly appreciable at the completion of the stage two works) and an unwavering intent to deliver outstanding design and construction will see mgv age well.
The concept of creating contrasts with facade treatments has produced the effect we envisaged almost 5 years ago, of four very individual and tasteful buildings. We have been delighted to hear the positive feedback from mgv’s neighbours, industry consultants, apartment occupants and apartment owners. We look forward to watching mgv grow up over the coming years as its garden grows and our stage two works are completed.
